The Artemis II Dispatch

The only volume the Society did not go and get.

The account

I wish to be clear at the outset that I did not go. The Society's remit extends to ponds, rockpools, souks and the occasional back room, and stops some considerable distance below low orbit.

What arrived instead was a bear, a short covering note, and a photograph I have been asked not to reproduce. The bear has been catalogued in the usual way. The note has been filed. The photograph is in a drawer, and the drawer is locked, and that is the end of the matter.

One specimen, received. The Society maintains that receiving is a form of finding, and has voted on it twice.
