Wild Republic Atlantic Puffin (with bird call)
Specimen notes: the beak alone justifies the expedition. Wild Republic's Audubon birds carry the species' real recorded call — press once and the burrow-growl of an actual puffin comes out, to the alarm of everyone present.

What the Society noted
The recorded call is the real growl a puffin makes down its burrow — low and odd, nothing like the beak suggests. That beak only goes bright for the breeding season; the rest of the year it is duller, a fact the toy quietly skips.
